ये इसलिए कि मुल्लों के दिमाग में ये बात साफ़ है कि सनातन धर्म पर चाहे जैसी चोट कर लो उनका बाल भी बांका नहीं हो सकता...साक्षी महाराज ठीक ही कहते हैं कि सन 2050 तक जब मुल्ले हिन्दुओं के बराबर की आबादी के हो जायेंगे तो इस देश में हिन्दुओं को गाजर-मूली की तरह काटा जाएगा...मुगलों की दासता का दौर वापसी की राह पर है....

अभी भी वक़्त है हिन्दुओं...बचा लो अपनी संस्कृति को....विरोध करो मुल्लों का...

सोचो अगर ये प्रोडक्ट योगिराज बाबा रामदेव की पतंजलि का होता और यहाँ किसी मौलवी या पादरी का चित्र होता तो क्या होता ??फतवे जारी हो चुके होते...मीडिया विरोध में सामने आ जाती..लेकिन चूंकि ये हिन्दू धर्म के अनादर का विषय है सो सब मुंह में दही जमाकर बैठे हैं....!

Congress Says If BJP Wins in 2019, India Will Become "Hindu Pakistan".

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor while addressing an event in Thiruvananthapuram fear mongered about the 2019 result of the General election. Claiming that the BJP will rip apart the Constitution and create a new one that will only uphold the principles of a 'Hindu' country, Tharoor made a controversial  India Will Become "Hindu Pakistan". comment. 

"So far what is preventing them is that they need three things to change the constitution. They need two-thirds of the Lok Sabha, two-thirds of Rajya Sabha and half the states. You know, right now they have two-thirds of the Lok Sabha with the NDA alliance. They have more than half the states. They control 20 states and they are in coalition in 2 more out of 29 states. 

The only thing that they don't have is a majority in the Rajya Sabha. But because they have so many state governments and the state assemblies elect the Rajya Sabha you can be sure that in four or five years they will have a majority in Rajya Sabha. So the great danger then is that if they have been able to win a repeat of their current strength in Lok Sabha, then frankly our democratic constitution as we understand it will not survive, " Tharoor said.  

         

 "Because all the three elements they need to tear up the constitution of India and write a new one. And that will be a new one that will enshrine the principle of a Hindu Rashtra, that will remove equality for the minorities, that will create a Hindu Pakistan. And that is not what Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Maulana Azad, Sardar Patel and the great heroes of our freedom struggle fought for," Tharoor said.  

Tharoor's remark seems to suggest that as per the Congress party, Hindus will become a dominant force and will be allowed to suppress the voice of minorities with the re-election of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister in 2019. The suggestion by the Congress is also that Hindus will wield more power because India will become some sort of "Hindu only" country. The question is, why and on what basis is this fear-mongering based on fact? Is there a deliberate suggestion to brand the majority community as monstrous one which is to be feared by senior Congressmen Shashi Tharoor?

जब IBN7 चैनल हुआ करता था जिसे बाद में मुकेश अंबानी ने खरीद कर न्यूज़18 कर दिया तब उस चैनल के मालिक होते थे राघव बहल और उस चैनल के कर्ताधर्ता थे पत्रकार राजदीप सरदेसाई और उसके मैनेजिंग एडिटर थे वर्तमान में आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता आशुतोष उर्फ कलुआ ...इन लोगों ने उस समय नोएडा जिला अस्पताल के आर्थोपेडिक सर्जन डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल जो हजारों गरीबों का मुफ्त में ऑपरेशन करते थे और उस सरकारी अस्पताल में भी घुटना ट्रांसप्लांट करके सैकड़ों मरीजों को जीवनदान दिए थे और बहुत नेक थे उन्हें बदनाम करने करता हुआ एक स्टिंग ऑपरेशन अपने 4 चैनलों पर 5 दिनों तक दिखाया था और जिसका नाम रखा था ऑपरेशन शैतान इस केस की पूरी कहानी यह है कि जमशेद खान नाम का एक मुस्लिम गुंडा जो गाजियाबाद और नोएडा में पत्रकार होने का दोष दिखाकर बकायदा वसूली गैंग चलाता था और पैसे नहीं देने पर उन्हें फर्जी स्टिंग में फंसाने की धमकी देता था .कई डॉक्टर उसके जाल में फंस जाते थे ।

      

उस जमशेद खान ने डॉक्टर अजय कुमार से 20 लाख रुपए रंगदारी मांगी डॉ अजय कुमार अग्रवाल ने देने से मना कर दिया तब उसने उन्हें एक स्टिंग में फंसाने का धमकी दिया तो डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल ने उसे धक्के देकर ऑफिस से बाहर निकाल दिया और कहा कि जब मैं कोई गलत काम करता ही नहीं हूं तब तुम मुझे किस सेटिंग में फंसा आओगे ।

उसके बाद वह जमशेद खान नोएडा के IBN7 दफ्तर में गया और उसने राजदीप सरदेसाई को एक फर्जी स्टिंग दिखाकर उन्हें इस बात के लिए मना लिया यदि आप इसे अपने राष्ट्रीय चैनल पर दिखाएंगे तो इससे पूरे देश में सनसनी फैल जाएगी और आपके चैनल की टीआरपी बढ़ जाएगी क्योंकि उस स्टिंग में यह दिखाया गया था कि डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल एक ऐसा गैंग चलाते हैं जो लोगों के टांग काट कर उसे भिखारी बनाने का गिरोह चलाता है राजदीप सरदेसाई राघव बहल और आशुतोष ने बिना उस स्टिंग की सच्चाई जाने सिर्फ टीआरपी पाने के लिए उसे IBN7 और CNBC चैनल पर 4 दिनों तक चला दिया ।

इसके बाद डॉ अजय कुमार अग्रवाल की जिंदगी तबाह हो गई ना सिर्फ उनकी जिंदगी तबाह हुई बल्कि उनकी बेटियों ने पढ़ाई छोड़ दिया क्योंकि बच्चियों को अब बाहर निकलने में शर्म आती थी खुद डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल के खिलाफ 4 बार विभागीय जांच कर जांच में डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल निर्दोष पाए गए ।

अजय कुमार अग्रवाल इसके खिलाफ गाजियाबाद कोर्ट में केस दाखिल किए तो यह पूरी गैंग इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के एक जज को करोड़ो रुपए देकर यह आदेश निकलवा लिया इनके खिलाफ कोई केस नहीं चल सकता फिर भी डॉक्टर अजय कुमार अग्रवाल ने हिम्मत नहीं आ रही और हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में गए सुप्रीम कोर्ट इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के जज पर बहुत प्रतिकूल टिप्पणी किया कि आखिर कोई जज ऐसा आदेश कैसे दे सकता है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने सख्त आदेश में कहा इन सभी 9 आरोपियों ने ना सिर्फ एक सम्मानित डॉक्टर बल्कि उसके पूरे परिवार की जिंदगी तबाह की है और इन्हें कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए और इसमें 12 घंटे के अंदर गाजियाबाद के कोर्ट में सरेंडर करना पड़ेगा और यदि यह सरेंडर नहीं करते हैं तो इन्हें इनके खिलाफ मुकदमा चलेगा इन्होंने पत्रकारिता को बदनाम किया है बल्कि एक डॉक्टर और उसके पूरे परिवार की जिंदगी तबाह की है ।

After Farmers the Dalit Civic Staff are Committing Suicide in Rahul Gandhi's Karnataka.

Subramani worked every day for the last 15 years, cleaning the streets of Bengaluru. But for the last 6 months, he wasn’t paid a single rupee by the BBMP. On Sunday, after months of hunger and thirst, poverty and humiliation, Subramani decided to take his own life.

After going to work every single day - cleaning the streets of Bengaluru - but because his salary had been withheld for the last 6 months, a Dalit Civic Worker committed suicide on Monday.

 

Subramani, aged 40, used to work in Ward Number 77, the Dattatreya Temple Ward, as a cleaner. He was brought to KC General Hospital by his wife Savita. However, doctors declared him as brought dead.

Sources said that in a note written before he died, Subramani had said that he didn’t have money to pay for food and other essentials for his family. He had asked the BBMP to release his payment for the last 6 months. He is survived by his wife and two young children - one of whom is 10 years old and the other, 7. He had to pull them out of school in June, as he could not pay their fees.  

"He had not been paid his salary for the last six months, and he was in deep financial trouble. His wife has filed a complaint saying this was the reason he committed suicide. We are investigating the incident from all possible angles," said Sudhakar KH, a police officer at Vyalikaval Police Station.

Meanwhile, Nirmala, a BBMP workers’ union leader from Goraguntepalya, said that Subramani should have been paid by the BBMP since January, and called for BBMP officials to be arrested in connection with this incident.

Rape Case Filed Against Another Orthodox Kerala Church Priest Binu George reported CNN-News18 from Thiruvananthapuram. A rape case against a priest belonging to the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church has been filed in Kayamkulam in Alappuzha district of Kerala.

The complainant, a 39-year-old married woman, has alleged that the priest Binu George had called her to his office for some discussion and then sexually abused her. The case comes just a few days after another married woman accused four priests belonging to different dioceses of the Orthodox church in Kerala for blackmailing her over a ‘confession’ she made in church and sexually assaulting her over the years.

The four accused priests are Fr Abraham Varghese (Sony) and Fr Job Mathew of Niranam Diocese, Fr Johnson V Mathew of Thumpamon Diocese and Fr Jays K George of Delhi. 

"He called the victim to his office saying that he needed to discuss with her about some family matters. However, he raped her in the office. We registered a case of rape against the father," said Circle Inspector K Sadan.

According to police, her medical examination was also conducted, but will not be of help as the incident happened in 2014 and she is a married woman. The case will now be inquired by the crime branch of Kerala Police. 

After a complaint from the husband to the church authorities, the accused were suspended from their duties temporarily pending a probe.

Media's Big Dilemma, to Call it Muslim-Dalit Clash or Muslim-Hindu Riot?

A clash between Dalits and Muslims erupted in a village near Theni in Tamilnadu on a minor issue of a Dalit funeral procession passing through Muslim area. According to the police, when Vanniammal, an aged Dalit woman, died on April 24, her relatives and friends decided to take out the funeral procession through Muslim Street in Bomminaickanpatti village near Periyakulam.

The Dalits were forced to chose that route as there was another funeral procession going on along their regular route. When the procession entered Muslim Street, some residents protested and a minor clash followed, and the police pacified both sides and the Dalits managed to complete the funeral that day. Later, the village witnessed minor skirmishes between the two groups.

On Saturday morning, when Syed went to his coconut farm, a section of Dalits allegedly intercepted him and told him equally on the same terms not to go through their area and amidst heated arguments between the two groups, a clash took place in which they attacked each other with stones and sticks.

Later an unruly mob entered Muslim Street and hurled stones at houses and shops. Two shops, including a photo studio, were destroyed, the police said. More than 30 persons were injured, three vehicles were set on fire and two shops and household items in 50 houses of Muslims were damaged in a group clash between Muslims and Dalits at the village. The injured are being treated in private and Government hospitals in Jayamangalam and Periyakulam.

Later, the mob set on fire a car owned by Mubarak Ali, a motorcycle owned by Murugan and an auto rickshaw owned by Ilangovan. Following this, the police cordoned off the entire village. More than 200 police personnel were deployed. Outsiders were not allowed entry. The local people were scanned before entering the village. DIG of Police (Dindigul Range) K. Joshi Nirmal Kumar and Superintendent of Police M. Baskaran inspected the village.

The Jayamangalam police have registered a case. Fearing a police backlash, several people have fled the village. The local people complained that both groups had been harbouring enmity after a portrait of VCK leader Thirumavalavan was damaged last month.

जब राष्ट्र के हित और समाज के कल्याण को ले कर सुदर्शन न्यूज़ के प्रधान सम्पादक श्री सुरेश चव्हाणके जी भारत भर की यात्रा पर जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून की मांग को ले कर आगे बढ़ रहे थे तब उस समय इस यात्रा के कुछ विरोधी अपने तमाम आधारहीन आरोप ले कर सुप्रीम कोर्ट गए था लेकिन राष्ट्र हित के इस मुद्दे पर अंततः न्यायालय ने किया न्याय और ख़ारिज कर दी उस मांग को जिसमे कहा गया था की सुप्रीम कोर्ट रोक लगाए भारत बचाओ यात्रा पर . विदित हो कि उच्चतम न्यायालय की अधिवक्ता प्रिया शर्मा की उस याचिका पर आदेश देते हुए जनसंख्या नियंत्रण को लेकर लोगों को जागरूक करने और जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून बनाने के लिए श्री सुरेश चव्हाणके जी के नेतृत्व में शुरू की गई भारत बचाओ रथ त्रा पर रोक लगाने से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इंकार कर दिया है. जिसमे उन्होंने राज्यों में कानून व्यवस्था आदि की समस्या हो जाने की बात कर के इस यात्रा पर रोक लगाने की मांग की थी .माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय ने राज्य सरकारों को उनकी जिम्मेदारी याद दिलाते हुए यात्रा की सुरक्षा आदि का जिम्मा सम्भालने का भी आदेश दिया है .

माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस तरह के आंदोलन से लोगों को रोका नहीं जा सकता. इसी के साथ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि रथ त्रा के दौरान कानून और व्यस्था की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकारों की है जिसे उन्हें निभाना होगा. जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून बनाने और लोगों को बढ़ती जनसंख्या के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए शुरू की गई भारत बचाओ रथ यात्रा पर रोक लगाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई थी. याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यात्रा पर रोक लगाने से इंकार कर दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि जिस तरह से लोग इस आंदोलन से जुड़ रहे हैं ऐसे में रथ त्रा पर रोक नहीं लगाई जा सकती.

उन्होंने कहा कि इस यात्रा को लेकर राज्य में कानून और व्यवस्था संभालने की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकारों की है. इसके लिए केंद्र सरकार को नहीं कहा जा सकता. यह राज्य सरकार का मामला है और उसे ही इस संबंध में काम करना होगा.l

IAF Gets Combat Ready to Face a Two-front War Scenario with Pakistan and China,

Risking the chance of facing a two-front war scenario with Pakistan and China, IAF readies Rafale fighter jets for a combat role. The deteriorating ties with Pakistan, that has been aggravated by the fresh thrust of CPEC passing through the Indian part under PoK and the dissenting Balochistan and Pakistan's close collusion with China. 

While China, that had raised aggressive military exercises and a quantum increase in Indo-China border patrolling, had in all forced the Indian Air Force to the decision to deploy Rafale jets in Ambala and Hasimara. IAF's plan is to station the fighter jets at the eastern and western front and will make it combat ready.  

In September 2016, India signed a deal with French Dassault Aviation to procure 36 Rafale fighter jets for close to Rs 60,000 crore to arrest the fall of combat squadrons and meet urgent requirements on the eastern and western fronts. 

French aircraft manufacturer has already started the process of building the aircraft, and they are supposed to be delivered from September 2019 onwards. "We are requesting the French to advance the deliveries to meet our requirements and hope to get a positive reply," the official added.

Prime Minister's Office (PMO) was consulted before the acquisition was finalised, the service had stressed that on the China front, it would require a plane like Rafale due to its long range capabilities. The Air Force has rated Rafale planes higher than Su-30 MKIs, 272 of which have been ordered by India from Russia.

After aggressive patrolling by the Chinese on the eastern and northern borders and its increasing defence ties with Pakistan, the Indian military has been preparing itself for a two-front war and developing infrastructure on both sides. The earlier plan was to deploy one squadron at Sarsawa air base in Uttar Pradesh, but that did not work out due to land acquisition issues, after which Ambala was chosen. The Ambala base has some jaguar aircraft squadrons catering to the western front.

On the eastern front, the Hasimara air base close to the China border would see Rafale planes replacing the existing MiG 27 squadrons, which are on their way out of the air force.

The state-run Defense Times newspaper confirmed installation of Norinco CS/AR-1 55mm anti-frogman rocket launcher defence systems with the capability to discover, identify and attack enemy combat divers on Fiery Cross Reef in the  Spratly Islands (a disputed island) that is administered by China but also claimed by the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan.

The report did not state when the defense system was installed, but said it was part of a response that began in May 2014, when Vietnamese divers installed large numbers of fishing nets in the Paracel Islands. China has conducted extensive land reclamation work at Fiery Cross Reef, including building an airport, one of several Chinese-controlled features in the South China Sea where China has carried out such work.

While huge quantum touching More than $5 trillion of world trade is shipped through the South China Sea every year the Chinese fights China's territorial claims in the area with  Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines and Taiwan that have rival claims.

Though China has promised limited military construction on the islands it controls in the South China Sea and that will be only for defensive requirements, and maintains that it can do what it likes as is on its own territory. But now China has installed rocket launchers on a disputed reef in the South China Sea toward Vietnamese Sea area with more new details on China's ongoing military build-up coming out.

The United States has criticised what it called China's militarization of its maritime outposts and stressed the need for freedom of navigation by conducting periodic air and naval patrols near them and that have angered Beijing.

Earlier on Dec 7, 2015 in one big setback, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul asked to appear before court in National Herald case. In the major setback for Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the Delhi high court on Monday rejected their petitions in the National Herald case, effectively asking them to appear before the trial court.

Upholding the summons issued to the top Congress brass by the trial court, the high court dismissed the petitions filed by the top Congress brass, which has now decided to move a division bench of the court challenging the order.

"If Rahul and Sonia decided to move the Supreme Court, I am prepared for that," BJP leader and the main complainant in the case, Subramanian Swamy, told reporters in New Delhi.

Earlier the Court had given a big relief to Congress president Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald Case, the Delhi High Court today set aside trial court's order summoning documents from the ministries of finance and corporate Affairs and other agencies and balance sheet of the party for 2010-2011.
